The Junior League of Seattle (JLS) is excited to host its 7th Annual Touch-A-Truck event. This family-centric event offers children a hands-on opportunity to explore working trucks of all types, as well as meet the people who build, protect and serve the Seattle community.

Trucks on display include construction trucks, emergency vehicles, vintage trucks, and more. Children of all ages are invited to creatively explore the trucks with guidance from the respective professionals who will explain the equipment and discuss the work each performs.

The event also includes activities such as face painting, coloring activities, giveaways, and an ice cream truck, of course! Last year, the event welcomed over 4,000 attendees and we are expecting an even larger turnout this year.

Event Details:

When: Sunday, May 21, 2017

Where: Magnuson Park, 7400 Sand Point Way N.E., Seattle, WA 98115. Using the 65th Street
entrance is strongly encouraged. Please carpool or use mass transit if possible.

Time: 10:00am – 1:00pm. They are pleased to be offering a “horns-free hour” from 9:00am-10:00am for children with special needs and sensitive ears.

Cost: There is no cost for admission; however, donations to the Junior League of Seattle will be happily and gratefully accepted.
