Come spend a summer night at an old-fashioned campout in Magnuson Park! This year, Magnuson Community Center has expanded this program to include two weekends of camping fun!
Pitch your tent in one of the camp sites around the swimming beach area and picnic shelter #2 for a fabulous night of fun on the shore of beautiful Lake Washington. There will be songs, a hot dog roast, and s’mores around a big campfire in the evening, and you can go on a guided bat walk by starlight if you’d like. In the morning, there will be fresh coffee and juice, and you can go on an early guided bird walk if you’d like.
Magnuson Community Center will provide the s’more supplies, hot dogs, drinks, chips, juice and coffee.
Check-in starts at 6 p.m. on Friday. Check-out is at 11 a.m. on Saturday.
Pre-registration is required, which you can do online via SPARC (when registration opens in March) or by phoning Magnuson Community Center at 206-684-7026
