Maybe the burglar got hungry after reading about the proliferation of city chickens around here. Or maybe it was just a matter of winging it.
Whatever the motivation, police want to know who broke into the Domino’s Pizza on 35th Avenue NE and NE 73rd Street on March 31 between 1 a.m. and 10 a.m., a crime first reported on SeattleCrime.com.
The burglar smashed a door to get inside and cut the locks on several employees’ lockers and took two iPods. Entry then was made into the restaurant’s walk-in freezer and taken were … two cases of frozen chicken wings (no word on whether they were the Chicken Kickers, the Hot Wings or the BBQ Wings).
Nothing else appeared missing, said the police report, not even any money. Or dough.
