Beautifully staged with gorgeous vocals and an orchestra that sounds twice as large as it is, “110 in the Shade” is an expertly presented production that neighborhood musical theater fans will definitely want to see.

The classical musical comedy is being staged by Seattle Musical Theatre at their Magnuson Park facility on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays through May 23.

Based on the play “The Rainmaker,” the story takes place in 1936 during a long drought
