Picardo’s P-Patch is famous in our neighborhood. Now, residents from other parts of Seattle will get a chance to see it for free. The Seattle Department of Neighborhoods is offering a free van tour of P-Patch locations all over the city. The one in the northeast will be held October 16 from 1pm to 3pm.
