Two food banks that serve northeast Seattle, North Helpline and the University District Food Bank, are holding holiday benefits. From now until Dec. 24, Safeway customers here can buy a $10 pre-packed bag of food to donate to help feed those struggling with hunger in their neighborhood. The food will go to the University food
